A vertical panel down the left of the Services Manager screen conveniently displays a list of the integrated resources, grouped together by their physical location, providing optional viewing of the recorded data for each. One particular application of an integrated building control and security system, using Services Manager as in the above examples, allows accurate real-time energy reporting for each individual dwelling situated within a larger apartment complex. This detailed information is ideal in adminstering building management and control for a governing body corporate responsible for many occupants. ClearView can be used on greenfield projects or be retrofitted to existing site installations. Data communications hardware, I/O hardware and IP camera hardware can be supplied, installed and commissioned by Clearly Secure or be fitted independently by a preferred contractor. Once the hardware is reviewed and configured by a Clearly Secure representative, the ClearView system is ready to go.
ClearView payments are made by purchasing a monthly subscription. This can be bundled with other monthly cost items in the system such as 3G data cards and satellite subscriptions.
